niceday Inc. (the "Company") values users' personal information in providing the kkeung service (the "Service") and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and other relevant laws.

2. Provision to Third Parties
As a rule, the Company does not provide users' personal information to outside parties. Exceptions apply where the user has consented in advance or where required by law.

4. Retention and Use Period
The Company retains users' personal information until withdrawal and destroys it without delay upon withdrawal. However, where relevant laws require retention, it is kept for the period prescribed by those laws.
4-1. Personal Information of Children Under 14
The Company provides the Service to users aged 14 or older and does not collect personal information of children under 14. If such collection is found, the Company will destroy the information without delay.
4-2. Notice for Overseas Users (EEA)
Users residing in the European Economic Area (EEA) have additional rights under the GDPR, including the rights to data portability, erasure, restriction of processing, and objection. For details, please contact the Company's email (always@niceday.io).
5. Users' Rights
- You may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of your personal information.
- Rights can be exercised via the Company's email (always@niceday.io) or the in-app settings menu.
6. Technical Measures for Protection

6-1. Photo and Video Storage
- Photos/videos uploaded by users are stored in Supabase Storage (Seoul region, Republic of Korea).
- Stored photos/videos are used only for providing the Service and are not provided to third parties.
- Upon withdrawal or a content deletion request, the relevant files are deleted immediately.
- To request deletion of photo/video files, please use the in-app deletion feature or contact the Company's email (always@niceday.io).
6-2. Processing of Location Data
- Location data is collected and used only to provide the walk log (route, distance, time) and neighborhood-based features.
- Location data is collected only when the user has granted location permission, which can be withdrawn at any time in the device settings. Even if permission is declined, all features other than location-based ones remain available.
- When using Live Walk, the walk video and distance/time information the user shares may be shown to other users in real time.
- Collected location data is stored in Supabase (Seoul region) and is not provided to third parties.
- Upon withdrawal or deletion of a walk record, the relevant location data is destroyed immediately.
